Passenger Tries To Bring Ten Pound Turkey On Plane

Authorities at an airport in the U.K. were forced to ruin one traveler's Christmas dinner. "The Sun" is reporting that security at Cardiff Airport had to confiscate a ten-pound turkey from a man's carry-on luggage. The man reportedly told security that it was difficult to find a good turkey in Spain. The authorities weren't sympathetic, as they told the man it's illegal to bring perishable food on board without permission. One airport official remarked, quote, "Finding a turkey in hand luggage is one of the strangest things we've ever come across."
