Man Shoves Woman At McDonald's PlayPlace

An Illinois resident is due in court later this month for losing his cool at a fast food restaurant. TribLocal.com is reporting that a 32-year-old Tinley Park resident was cited by police after he allegedly shoved a 72-year-old woman at a McDonald's PlayPlace. The man was at the restaurant with his two kids on December 26th when a large group reportedly entered the play area to celebrate a birthday. The man is said to have become upset because the group started taking all the available chairs. The woman reportedly confronted the man after he began taking back the chairs, at which point he allegedly called her an idiot and shoved her on the shoulder. He now has to appear in Cook County court on January 28th on a local ordinance citation for battery.
