Miranda Lambert, Ronnie Dunn To Announce Nominees For ACM Awards

Nominees for this spring's Academy of Country Music Awards are coming next week, and Miranda Lambert and Ronnie Dunn have been tapped to deliver them. The singers are slated to make the big announcement at an event at Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame on February 1st. Miranda is the reigning ACM Top Female Vocalist, while Ronnie -- who's now a solo artist -- holds the record as a member of Brooks & Dunn for the most ACM wins ever, with 27 awards. The 46th annual ACM Awards will be presented in a ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and air on CBS on April 3rd at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. Ronnie's longtime friend Reba McEntire will be at the helm, marking her 13th year as the show's host. But this year she won't be overseeing the event on her own. Reba will have Miranda's fiance, Blake Shelton, joining her as a co-host.

Nominees for the Top New Solo Vocalist and Top New Vocal Duo or Group have already been revealed. Eric Church, Easton Corbin, and Randy Houser are facing off for the Solo Vocalist award, while The Band Perry, the JaneDear girls, and Steel Magnolia are each looking for the Duo or Group honor. Fans are picking the winners in these categories. The public can cast ballots at www.VoteACM.com or GACtv.com/ACM starting Thursday at noon Eastern Time.
