"Green Hornet" Takes Top Spot At Weekend Box Office

The superhero comedy "The Green Hornet" is flying off to a solid start. The 3D film earned the top spot at the weekend box office with 34-million dollars. Universal Pictures' "The Dilemma," starring Vince Vaughn and Kevin James, followed at number two with 17-point-one million dollars, a figure that fell in line with industry expectations. Last weekend's box office champ, "True Grit," fell to third place with eleven-point-two-million dollars. The Coen Brothers' Western has now wrangled up over 126-million dollars in North America. In fourth place was "The King's Speech" with nine-point-one-million dollars. Rounding out the top five was the ballet thriller "Black Swan," which earned eight-point-one-million dollars over the weekend.
