Four-Year-Old Makes Late-Night Candy Run

Police in Arlington Heights, Illinois were called this week after a young child was seen trying to satisfy his sweet tooth. The "Daily Herald" is reporting that a motorist called 911 early Monday morning after spotting the four-year-old walking to the gas station. The child reportedly left his apartment while his parents slept, and walked to the station for some candy. Police say there's an alarm that goes off if the boy leaves his room, but his mother was asleep and did not hear it. No charges have been filed in connection to the incident.
