Craig Morgan Visiting Iraq, Kuwait On Stars For Stripes Tour

(Nashville, TN) -- Craig Morgan's unwavering support for the troops continues with his latest road trip. Later this month the singer will begin his ninth tour of U.S. military bases overseas. He's heading to the Middle East with the Stars For Stripes organization to perform at five camps in Iraq and Kuwait. In addition to his concerts, Morgan will also travel to remote Forward Operating Bases to play special acoustic shows. Morgan's "Not Alone" tour begins January 27th, and continues through February 3rd.

The country star -- and Army veteran -- says these trips mean a great deal to him because he loves to see what the troops are doing. Morgan explains, quote, "We are not just fighting a war and helping people gain democracy and human rights in their own country, but our military is over there building hospitals and schools...modern structures and plumbing that didn't exist before 9/11." The singer adds that these trips leave him feeling proud of his country and those who wear its uniform.
