Cook Sentenced To Jail For Messing With Cop's Sandwich

Tampering with a police officer's food has earned one New Jersey cook a few weeks in jail. Last week, Ryan Burke was in a Mount Holly court where he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and retaliation for a past official action. The "Courier Post" is reporting that the 27-year-old will be spending at least 15 days behind bars and serving two years on probation. The incident occurred last February when Burke placed body hair on the officer's breakfast sandwich. Burke subsequently admitted that he messed with the officer's order because he had previously ticketed him for a traffic violation.
