The Band Perry Trying To Preserve Memories By Journaling

The members of The Band Perry don't want to forget all the things they've been experiencing. The group's Neil Perry explains that he keeps a journal precisely for this reason. He notes he's pretty disciplined about making regular entries.Neil's band mate and sister, Kimberly Perry, likes keeping a journal as well, but she admits she's not as good at keeping up with it. She says her New Year's resolution for 2011 is to "be more diligent about that." Kimberly explains, quote, "I certainly have the stories of 2010 written in my head and on my heart, but I want to see it on paper." The Band Perry will have more to write about as 2011 rolls on. The group will be joining Keith Urban for the Canadian portion of his tour later this year. In addition, The Band Perry was just named as an opener along with Luke Bryan on Tim McGraw's "Emotional Traffic Tour," which will launch in the spring.
