Fans are once again getting the chance to pick the Academy of Country Music's Top New Artist. The first round of voting begins at VoteACM.com on January 27th at noon Eastern Time, and remains open until noon Eastern time on February 24th. The winners will be announced in March, and fans will be able to start casting ballots for the ACM's Top New Artist on March 11th at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Voting will continue for Top New Artist until the ACM Awards broadcast. The winner will be announced during the show.
