Judge Grants Gibson Extra Time With Baby Lucia
Mel Gibson is getting a little more bonding time with his infant daughter. TMZ.com says a Los Angeles judge agreed to modify the existing custody agreement between the Hollywood actor and the baby's mother, Oksana Grigorieva, though it's not quite what either party had hoped for. Judge Scott Gordon is allowing Gibson just a few more hours with baby Lucia, despite the actor's request for full custody of his child. It's also a bit of a defeat for Grigorieva who had attempted to strip Gibson's visitation rights with their one-year-old daughter, altogether. The estranged pair signed an agreement in May to allow them to have both joint and physical custody of Lucia. Gibson and Grigorieva have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle for much of the year.
