Hotel In Abu Dhabi Showcasing $10M Christmas Tree

Visitors at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi are getting to enjoy one of the world's most elaborate holiday decorations. The BBC is reporting that the hotel has put up what is believed to be the most expensive Christmas tree on the planet. The tree itself is only valued at ten-thousand-dollars, but the 181 diamonds, pearls, emeralds and other precious stones push the tree's value to nearly eleven-million-dollars. The Emirates Palace has non-stop security surrounding the tree, including four security guards and surveillance cameras. Hotel reps say they're planning to ask the Guinness World Records to certify their tree as the world's most expensive.
