Elderly Landlord Shoots At RV

Bullets were fired during a dispute between an elderly landlord and her tenants last week. The "Ukiah Daily Journal" is reporting that 92-year-old Marie Cleveland was arrested last Thursday for firing a shot at her tenants' RV. Authorities in Mendocino County, California say Cleveland had agreed to let the tenants live on her property in their RV, but had recently asked them to leave. Cleveland reportedly became angry when it appeared as if they wouldn't leave, and proceeded to fire a shot into one of the RV's tires. Cleveland didn't calm down when the police arrived, as she allegedly pushed two of the officers. She is now facing several charges including shooting at an inhabited dwelling and resisting arrest. She was booked into the Mendocino County Jail on 100-thousand-dollars bail.
