Jennifer Grey's "Dancing" gain didn't come without pain, and now she's bound for surgery. According to "Access Hollywood," the reigning "Dancing With The Stars" champ is scheduled to go under the knife either later this week or next week, to repair a ruptured disk in her lower back. The 50-year-old actress says the procedure "won't be a big deal" compared to previous surgeries she underwent following a 1987 car accident. Grey anticipates she will be home that same night. Although she suffered through the ABC reality dance competition, Grey says in the end it was all worth it. The "Dirty Dancing" star says the win and the experience of doing "Dancing With The Stars" dulled the memory of the pain she felt more than a week ago, but acknowledges the need to address her current state of discomfort.
Jennifer Grey outdanced fellow finalists Kyle Massey and Bristol Palin to win the eleventh season of "Dancing With The Stars" last week. She left the ballroom with the show's coveted mirrorball trophy.
