Fans still want to see Kenny Chesney in concert. All of the tickets for the singer's 2011 concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts were purchased within eight minutes of going on sale Saturday. Chesney, who took the year off from touring, says he's really looking forward to the show. He notes, quote, "I can't wait to feel the energy of Foxboro again!! I missed it this year, I really did! The love affair I share with the fans in New England is like no other and that has been built over the years! I can't wait to see their faces and spend an evening with them next summer! It's gonna feel like coming home."
This is Chesney's sixth sell-out at the nearly 60-thousand-seat stadium. Zac Brown Band, Billy Currington, and Uncle Kracker are also on board for the show, which is set for August 27th.
