Drunk Man In Diaper Scares Trick Or Treaters

Trick or treaters in West Ocean City, Maryland were harassed by an inebriated Florida man over the weekend. The "Herald-Tribune" is reporting that Joseph David DiVanna had enjoyed one too many adult beverages when he decided to dress up in a diaper and yell profanities at children. Authorities eventually located the Sarasota resident after receiving several complaints from both kids and adults. DiVanna is now facing charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
