Anniston Woman Punches Carjacker

(Anniston, AL) -- Anniston, Alabama police are searching for a man who attempted a carjacking, though the female driver defended herself and her vehicle quite well. The woman reported she was stopped at an intersection when an unknown male opened her door, grabbed her and told her to get out. She pulled the hood of his sweatshirt over his face, blindfolding him and began punching him in the face. He ran off, and she called the cops. She did end up with bloody knuckles from the encounter.
