Texas School Teacher Wins Australia Vacation Courtesy Of Oprah

(Austin, TX) -- An Austin, Texas middle school teacher won an all-expenses-paid Australia vacation courtesy of Oprah Winfrey. Susan Mayson was among the lucky studio audience Oprah treated during Monday's premiere episode of her program's final season. Mayson says she was invited to the Oprah show after producers heard she accidentally started her kitchen on fire while watching Oprah. The studio audience was filled with people who experienced unusual things while watching Oprah. Winfrey is ending her show after 25 years and starting the Oprah Winfrey Network or "OWN" on cable.
