Actress Lindsay Lohan may be spared from having to serve more time in jail. TMZ.com reports that the second drug test Lohan failed was for Adderall, but that may not get her in hot water. An insider says the Los Angeles County Probation Department isn't recommending she serve jail time over that failed test due to "ambiguity in the paperwork" on the case. But the Department is recommending Lohan serve 30 days of probation over the drug test in which she tested positive for cocaine. The actress has a court date set for Friday morning. At that point, Judge Elden Fox could potentially sentence her to 30 days in jail over the cocaine test result.Lohan was recently released from a court-ordered rehab program and, before that, a two-week stint in jail as ordered by a judge earlier this year. The judge handed down the sentence after finding Lohan in violation of her probation related to a pair of DUI convictions from 2007.
