Report: Lindsay Lohan Checks Into Rehab, Fights Lawsuit

Actress Lindsay Lohan is now in a rehabilitation facility. According to TMZ.com, Lohan has checked in to a live-in rehab center. She will reportedly undergo treatment there until it's time to report for her next court hearing on October 22nd. TMZ reported on Monday that Lohan planned to check into rehab in Southern California. Lohan spent several hours in jail in Los Angeles last Friday after failing two court-ordered drug tests related to her probation. She was released after posting bail. As if the possibility of spending more time in a California jail isn't enough, Lindsay Lohan also has a spray tan problem working its way through the Florida court system. According to TMZ.com, the troubled actress is named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by White Wave International Labs. White Wave claims Lorit, LLC -- a company for which Lohan is a spokesperson -- stole White Wave's secret formula to produce the Sevin Nyne spray tanning product. Lohan's attorneys are not taking the spray tan lawsuit lying down. They have filed a motion to dismiss the action, claiming the Tampa court where the lawsuit was filed, has no jurisdiction over "The Mean Girls" star. Lohan also submitted a declaration saying she had no involvement in the strategy for marketing the Sevin Nyne product and that she is of "sound mind."
