Man Skips Paying Restaurant Bill, Ends Up Charged With DWI

(New Lebanon, NY) -- A New York man man skipped out on a bar tab and was later arrested for driving drunk. Twenty-three-year-old Shawn Stryker of Stephentown walked out of Fresco's Wood Fire Pizza on Route 20 without paying his bill. Authorities were able to find Stryker a short time later and took him into custody. He was arrested on DWI charges with a BAC two times the legal limit. The restaurant allowed Stryker to pay the bill and did not press charges.
