Man Drives Lawn Mower To Buy Beer, Passes Out

A New York man was arrested while on a beer run earlier this month. The "Times Herald-Record" is reporting that Barry Foster was found sleeping on his riding lawn mower on September 20th. Police learned that the Swan Lake resident had driven his lawn mower to the store to buy beer, but passed out on the way home. Foster was taken to the Catskill Regional Medical Center for observation. This month's incident isn't Foster's first arrest on DWI charges. He was also busted for allegedly drinking and driving in August.
