Boyfriend Drops Engagement Ring Off Brooklyn Bridge

A marriage proposal went horribly wrong for one couple in New York last week. According to the "Brooklyn Paper," Trey Turner and his girlfriend, Kelsey Kramer, were walking across the Brooklyn Bridge last Wednesday when Turner got down on one knee to pop the question. Unfortunately, the ring fell from his grasp in the process. Turner explains, quote, "I was pulling the ring to propose, and it flipped out of my pocket. It flew in the air, hit the ground and started to roll. I was leaning down to grab it when it fell." Thankfully, not only did Kramer say yes, but the ring landed on scaffolding below the bridge. It was located two days later by city transportation workers and returned to Turner.
