Alan Jackson To Tour With Chris Young, The Band Perry

Alan Jackson is making plans for his fall tour. The veteran country star, who has been on the road throughout the year in support of his most recent CD, "Freight Train," has a two-and-a-half-week trek booked in September. He's tapped Chris Young and The Band Perry to join him for the dates. This will be Young's second stint opening shows for Jackson -- he was also featured on Jackson's spring tour. With the road work Young has been promoting his sophomore CD "The Man I Want To Be," which features his number one hit "Gettin' You Home (The Black Dress Song)" and the chart-topping title track. For The Band Perry, the Jackson trek will begin a few weeks after they release their self-titled debut album.

The CD "The Band Perry," which includes their singles "Hip To My Heart" and "If I Die Young," will be in stores October 12th. Alan Jackson's tour featuring Chris Young and The Band Perry will begin in Sacramento, California on November 4th.
