Three New Faces Added To "SNL" Cast This Season
Three new faces are getting ready to go "live" on Saturday nights on NBC this fall. "The New York Post" reports that "Scrubs" star Taran Killam, along with Chicago-based comics Paul Brittain and Vanessa Bayer, will join the cast of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" during its 36th season. Just last week it was announced that longtime cast member Will Forte -- known for playing George W. Bush and MacGruber -- was leaving the series. It's unclear if the addition of Killam, Brittain and Bayer indicate that more show veterans are leaving the ensemble cast. "SNL" is scheduled to kick off its new season on Saturday, September 25th. No host has been announced for the season premiere as yet.
