"Heavy-Set Joaquin Phoenix" Arrested For Skipping Out On Bill

A Colorado man is finally settling up his tab with several restaurants in Boulder. The "Daily Camera" is reporting that Matthew Prince was arrested last week after he ordered 32-dollars worth of food and drinks at Q's Restaurant and skipped out on the bill. A manager at the restaurant said he had been warned by another establishment to be on the lookout for a man who orders gin and tonics and, quote, "looks like a heavy-set Joaquin Phoenix," making reference to the "Gladiator" and "Walk The Line" movie star. Police were called as soon as Prince left the restaurant, and he was apprehended a short time later. Two other restaurants have since come forward and told authorities that Prince ran a similar scheme at their business. The 33-year-old is now facing three counts of misdemeanor theft.
