Report: Lindsay Lohan Will Be Released From Rehab This Week

There is a possibility actress Lindsay Lohan may go free from rehab this week. TMZ.com reports that her psychiatric and drug use issues are not as difficult as previously reported. Sources say Lohan isn't suffering from bipolar disorder and her dependency on the drug Adderall won't require much more inpatient care. After Lohan's doctors write up their final report, the actress' lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will return to court to ask the judge for Lohan's early release from UCLA Medical Center. Whether or not she is released will be up to Judge Elden Fox, who was recently assigned to the case after Judge Marsha Revel stepped down.

Judge Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab in early July. Lohan served two weeks of her jail sentence before she was transferred to rehab on August 2nd.
