Report: "Drops Of Jupiter" Behind Sheen, Mueller Fight

A song by the band Train and a dose of jealousy are reportedly what sparked the domestic dispute that led to Charlie's Sheen's recent court punishment. TMZ.com cites details from a just-released police report of Sheen's Christmas Day dispute with wife Brooke Mueller. The "Two and a Half Men" TV star told police Mueller was jealous of his connection with his daughter which includes a shared love of the Train song "Drops of Jupiter" and astronomy. Sheen told the police that Mueller said, quote, "You have a song you share with your daughter, but not one with me?" The report states that Sheen admitted to snapping two pairs of Mueller's designer sunglasses and to "slapping" her hands and wrists. In her account of the incident, Mueller says Sheen became enraged when she threatened to divorce him and that he grabbed her by the throat and held a pocket knife to it while threatening her life. Alcohol reportedly played a role in the altercation. Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault last week and was sentenced to 30 days in rehab. According to the "New York Daily News," both he and Mueller have signed a preliminary divorce agreement, but have not yet filed.
