Police Give Man DUI On Motorized Lawn Mower

Authorities in Florida arrested a man over the weekend for driving a lawn mower while intoxicated. According to Ocala.com, police in Marion County were called after Richard Paschen was seen riding east in a westbound lane with his lights off last Friday night. When police stopped Paschen they noticed a cup full of beer in the cupholder and a strong scent of alcohol on Paschen's breath. When asked how much he had had to drink Paschen reportedly told police, quote, "a pretty good bit." He subsequently failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. It was later learned that Paschen has three previous DUI convictions and has had his driver's license suspended seven times.
