Julia Roberts To Be Honored With Spain's Donostia Award Next Month

America's "Pretty Woman" is being honored with one of Spain's highest film honors next month. Organizers of the San Sebastian International Film Festival have announced Julia Roberts as the recipient of its Donostia Award Lifetime Achievement Award, according to HollywoodReporter.com. In a statement, organizers cite the 42-year-old's commercial success and her Academy Award win in 2001 for "Erin Brockovich." Roberts' newest film -- "Eat Pray Love," based on the best-selling Elizabeth Gilbert memoir -- will be screened at San Sebastian. The event launches on September 17th and runs through the September 25th.

As a Donostia recipient, Roberts now joins Lana Turner, Woody Allen, Glenn Ford, and other luminaries who have previously taken home the honor.
