A CVS pharmacist in Oklahoma City realized something wasn't right when he saw OxyContin misspelled on a prescription. An employee called the number on the pad and the man who answered said it was legitimate. However, continued investigation revealed the prescription was a fraud and police arrested the perpetrator for forgery.
