CBS Source Questions Reports That Sheen Wants To Exit "Men"
A source at CBS is questioning rumors that Charlie Sheen wants to exit "Two And A Half Men." Entertainment industry website Deadline.com reports that at least one network source is surprised by the rumors, saying, quote, "This was news to us. He has been negotiating a new deal with Warner Bros which produces the show. But, he hasn't quit to the studio or the producers. So, this very well could be a negotiating tactic." The observation follows a report late last week from People.com that cited a source on the set of the sitcom as saying Sheen was, quote, "just done" with the show. The "Two And A Half Men" reports follow months of headlines surrounding Sheen's personal life. He faces charges of felony menacing and third-degree assault with criminal mischief in connection with an alleged domestic dispute with his wife, Brooke Mueller, which took place on Christmas Day in Aspen, Colorado.
