Man Shot In Head For Second Time This Year

Two-thousand-ten has gotten off to a rough start for one New York man. "The Buffalo News" is reporting that Willie McTyere was shot in the head last Wednesday for the second time this year. The 29-year-old was reportedly sitting in his car outside of a Niagra Falls bar when he was shot. Police captain William Thompson explains, quote, "He had been shot just above his left eye, but it didn't go through his skull; it was just a flesh wound." On January 23rd, police were called to a shooting at another bar and found McTyere with a "hole in the top of his head." McTyere was uncooperative with police following both incidents. No arrests have been reported in either incident.
