Justin Timberlake Grabs Lead In "Bad Teacher"

Pop superstar Justin Timberlake has added yet another role to his growing film resume. According to "The Hollywood Reporter," "JT" has locked down the lead, male role in the upcoming comedy "Bad Teacher." The role will have Timberlake starring alongside his former flame Cameron Diaz. The "My Love" singer reportedly beat out the likes of John Krasinski, Joel McHale and Adam Scott to land the part. "Bad Teacher" - which isn't due until 2012 - revolves around a gold-digging, profanity-spewing seventh-grade teacher who decides to pursue a colleague after she is dumped by her boyfriend. Also slated to star in the film are Molly Shannon, Eric Stonestreet, Jason Segel and John Michael Higgins.

Justin Timberlake will be back on the big screen this fall when he stars in the film "The Social Network." The movie will arrive in theaters on October 15th.
