German Artist Fixes Buildings With Legos

A German artist is using a unique tool to repair buildings across the globe. The "Daily Telegraph" is reporting that Jan Vormann has spent the past three years using Legos to repair damaged walls and monuments. The 26-year-old says his work helps bring to light the fact that many of these structures are no longer in good shape. He explains, quote, "My work draws attention to the smallest parts of our cities that are falling apart because of the brightness of the Lego." While he's worked all over the world, Vormann says his favorite job was completed in his home country. He states, quote, "My favorite work was done in Berlin. I filled in the holes still left by guns and shrapnel from the Second World War."
