Billy Currington's "Country Boys" Tops The Chart

Billy Currington has another chart-topping hit to his credit. "That's How Country Boys Roll," which the singer wrote with Brett Jones and Dallas Davidson, has hit number one on the chart. The accomplishment has added significance for Currington, since "Country Boys" is his first number one as a songwriter. He sheds some light on the track's origins, noting, quote, "This song would've never been written if Brett, Dallas and I had kept our promise to not work on a guy's trip to Key West. But we got the groove with the title and it just started flowing." Currington says he appreciates all the support he's received from radio stations, his label, and his fans, and adds, quote, "I'm very blessed to have another number one single."

"That's How Country Boys Roll" is Currington's third consecutive chart-topper, following "People Are Crazy" and "Don't." All three hits are from his most recent CD, "Little Bit of Everything."
