Darius Rucker is playing a special concert today. The singer has teamed up with Musicians On Call to perform for men and women of the military at Tennessee Valley Healthcare System's VA Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Rucker says he's happy to help out, noting, quote, "I think the Musicians On Call initiative is important because it's one-on-one contact with patients whose health and recovery can directly be affected by one person's time and attention." He also praises the VA Hospital, noting such medical facilities are, quote, "so incredible for recognizing this benefit and incorporating it into their treatment to break up the monotony and improve each patient's quality of life."Rucker will also lend his talents to MOC next month. He's set to launch the Hard Rock's March On Stage campaign in support of the charity with a performance at the Hard Rock Cafe Nashville on March 3rd. Jypsi is also on the bill for the special show.
