Charlie Sheen is back in rehab. A rep for the "Two and A Half Men" star says Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility, quote, "as a preventative measure." Stan Rosenfield also said that the 44-year-old actor would take some time off from his CBS sitcom while undergoing treatment, and asked that Sheen's privacy be honored. Rosenfield would not provide any details on what type of rehabilitation Sheen was undergoing, and said no further statements were planned.Sheen, who has been through rehab twice before, was charged earlier this month with assaulting and threatening his wife, Brooke Mueller, during a heated Christmas Day argument in Aspen, Colorado. The actor is free on bail and is expected back in court in Colorado on March 15th. Mueller also recently spent time in a rehab facility in Malibu, California until an alleged breach of privacy led to her early departure from the program. Mueller is reportedly seeking a new facility for rehabilitation for substance abuse.
