Tennessee Resident Pulls Gun On Neighbor For Stomping Feet
A Kingsport, Tennessee resident had a gun pulled on him last weekend after he tried to remove snow from his shoes. The "Kingsport Times-News" reports that John Shepardson allegedly pointed a shotgun at Michael Pickel for stomping his feet. The incident took place last Saturday morning when Pickel returned to his apartment after starting his car. Upset over the noise that his neighbor was making, Shepardson reportedly opened his front door with a shotgun in his hands and told Pickel, quote, "You're going to get it, your day is going to come!" Police were called to the apartment complex, at which time the arresting officer noticed the weapon in question inside Shepardson's residence. The was taken to the local jail and charged with aggravated assault.
