Child Calls 911 On Drunk Father

A Florida teenager helped put his dad behind bars earlier this week. According to the "St. Petersburg Times," Gary Joe Greer's 13-year-old son had him arrested for DUI. Early Monday morning, Greer's son called police from the road to report that his dad was in no condition to drive. Authorities confronted the 33-year-old father of two and noticed that he had bloodshot eyes and was unsteady on his feet. While Greer declined to be interviewed, he did tell police, quote, "I'm drunk," adding that he needed to be taken to jail. He is now facing a DUI charge, as well as two counts of child neglect. He was released from jail on Monday on six-thousand-250-dollars bail.
