Blake Shelton's Six-Song Disc To Arrive In March

Blake Shelton has a street date for his upcoming six-song set. The special "six-pack" features the singer's latest single, "Hillbilly Bone," which serves as the title track. Shelton says releases like the six-song "Hillbilly Bone" is one way he can quickly turn out new material, because, quote, "I talk to my fans every day and the first question they ask me is, 'When are you going to release a new record?'" The singer adds, quote, "I want to give my fans new music more often and at a lower price. The fact that people will be able to get the new music for less money is a gift to my fans who have been behind me every step of the way." Shelton's last full studio album was 2008's "Startin' Fires." "Hillbilly Bone" will hit stores on March 2nd.
