Woman Sues Bar After Being Hit With Moose Head

An unexpected animal attack has left one New York City bar in a legal battle. The "New York Post" reports that Raina Kumra has filed a lawsuit against the White Slab Palace after she was struck by a stuffed moose head. According to documents filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Kumra was inside the bar one October night when the moose head, quote, "dislodged and struck plaintiff on the head." The 150-pound moose head reportedly caused the Internet design consultant neck pain, anxiety, dizziness and fatigue. Kumra claims that since the incident her, quote, "overall health, strength and vitality [have] been greatly impaired." She is suing for unspecified monetary damages.
