Tim McGraw Tapes "Invitation Only"...

Tim McGraw will be featured in an upcoming installment of CMT's "Invitation Only." In advance of the taping, which recently took place in Nashville, the singer told CMT.com he likes these types of special, more intimate performances. He explained, quote, "It's nice to be able to relax and play the music instead of be all hyped up and be all wound up and ready to go out and set the world on fire. It's just nice to be in a room with fans who appreciate the music, and you don't have to sell them on it." In his set McGraw included a few new songs from his upcoming CD "Southern Voice." The album is due in stores October 20th. McGraw's episode of "Invitation Only" is expected to debut on CMT later this fall.
