A new season of "Dancing With The Stars" kicks off tonight on ABC. Sixteen celebrities will take to the dance floor to strut their stuff as the new season gets underway. Among the more surprising cast members is former House of Representatives Majority Leader Tom DeLay who recently suffered a stress fracture in his right foot, but promised to keep dancing. DeLay's competitors also include former Dallas Cowboys football star Michael Irvin, reality TV star Kelly Osbourne, and veteran entertainer Donny Osmond whose sister Marie Osmond competed on the fifth season of "Dancing With The Stars."This week's three-night season premiere event will include a Wednesday night tribute to late "Dirty Dancing" star Patrick Swayze who made a guest appearance on "Dancing's" inaugural season. The ninth season of "Dancing With The Stars" premieres tonight on ABC at 8:00 pm Eastern.
