Phil Vassar's "Traveling Circus" Hits Stores Today

Phil Vassar says he's proud of his new album. The singer-songwriter brought his touring band into the studio to record "Traveling Circus," which he notes gave them a lot of freedom and flexibility to work on the material. Vassar also tapped some unknowns to help out with various aspects of the project. He recruited a friend who teaches high school art classes to take care of the art for the "Traveling Circus" package, and enlisted a budding videographer who just finished film school to shoot the photos for the album. Vassar's "Traveling Circus," featuring the single "Everywhere I Go," arrives in stores today.
