LeAnn Rimes divorce might not be all that messy. USMagazine.com says the singer and her estranged husband Dean Sheremet have already arrived at a settlement. They reportedly had an agreement ready last Thursday, when Sheremet filed for divorce. But they didn't submit their settlement document at that time. The legal papers state that they were filing the settlement separately, quote, "due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy." It's believed that Rimes and Sheremet will be splitting their mutually shared assets. Their divorce is scheduled to become final on June 19th.Rimes and Sheremet were married in February 2002. Their relationship began to unravel earlier this year amid allegations that the singer was having an affair with her "Northern Lights" co-star, actor Eddie Cibrian. While Rimes initially denied the rumors, over the summer Sheremet confirmed that they had separated.
