His name is Mike Fisher, and he plays NHL hockey for the Ottawa Senators as a center and is an alternate captain. According to People.com, the 29-year-old just extended his contract through 2013 with the team for 21-million-dollars. Just a few seasons ago, Fisher used to have to peel 'N Sync stickers off his helmet before practice thanks to a practical joke a teammate used to pull on him. The boy band, however, does not fall within the bounds of the hockey player's musical taste. Fisher, who is eligible to make the Canadian hockey team for the 2010 Winter Olympics, is also a huge music lover. He counts Garth Brooks, Faith Hill, Creed, and the Goo Goo Dolls among his favorites.Fisher is also an avid hunter who tracks duck, turkeys, deer, and bears with his family. The outdoorsman also enjoys wakeboarding and tubing with his brother. Fisher even likes going out on his four-wheeler or snowmobile. He proposed to Underwood on December 20th at his West Carleton, Ottawa home.
