Naked Man Yells About Chicago's Jay Cutler

The toughness of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was recently called into question by an Illinois man desperate for attention. The "Chicago Tribune" is reporting that Kane County police spotted a naked Big Rock resident standing in a restaurant parking lot on February 19th yelling obscenities and threats. Police say the 40-year-old also referenced Cutler's knee injury in the NFC Championship game by yelling, quote, "Do you think Jay Cutler gave up?" The man was arrested after a brief struggle with the authorities and charged with aggravated battery. Following his arrest, he reportedly told police that he was making a scene because no one ever listens to him and he wanted to get "everyone's attention."
