Snowball Throwing Illegal In Wisconsin

(Wausau, WI) -- Throwing a snowball in the Wisconsin city of Wausau could lead to a hefty fine. A city ordinance is in place that in effect bans the throwing of snowballs to harass or injure another person. Officials say the idea is to keep people safe and they're on the look-out for violators, especially those who toss iceballs or snow at cars. Violators could find themselves forking over 200-dollars in fines.
