CBS Reporter Sexually Assaulted In Cairo

CBS News correspondent Lara Logan is recovering in a U.S. hospital after what's being described as a "brutal" sexual assault in Cairo. CBS News released a statement saying the veteran foreign affairs reporter was covering the jubilation in Tahrir Square for a "60 Minutes" segment last Friday when she was attacked. She became separated from her crew and suffered what the statement said was a "brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating." Logan was eventually saved by a group of women and 20 Egyptian soldiers.
