Toby Keith Making Second Career Opry Appearance This Month

Toby Keith is scheduled to perform on the Grand Ole Opry later this month. The appearance will be only the second time the singer has played the Opry since his debut more than eight years ago. Keith says its difficult for him to book Opry appearances because he doesn't make his home in Nashville. But he adds, quote, "It doesn't keep me from listening almost ritualistically to it." Trace Adkins, Carter's Chord, John Conlee, and Bill Anderson are among the other performers slated to join Toby for his rare Opry appearance. The show is set for Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on January 29th. Toby made his Grand Ole Opry debut on December 14th, 2002.
